Let the music move you and get lost in the ride. Get ready to ride to the beat in this high-energy, 45-minute rhythm-based spin class. This immersive workout syncs every pedal stroke to motivating music, pushing you through sprints, climbs, and intervals all while riding to the rhythm.

Sculpt and shake your way through dynamic, low-impact movement in Studio Barre. This is our take on barre in a full-body, beat-based barre class that focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving mindfulness. We offer heated and unheated formats.
Get ready to feel the burn. This dynamic, low-impact class combines the fluid movements of barre with muscular endurance, compound movement and specialized props. Expect a challenging full-body workout designed to tone and sculpt muscles while maintaining low-impact exercises.
Pilates Pulse is a 50 minute low-impact workout performed in a warm room (80-90 degrees). It combines traditional Pilates principles with dynamic, full-body movements to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance making it an effective workout for core strengthening, calorie burning, and overall body toning. Pilates Pulse classes incorporate elements of timed exercises and dumbbells for an added challenge.
