Hey, this is Studio Willow Glen! What can we help you with?
need to cancelt class
Got you — to cancel it we just need you to verify your account first: https://mbo.io/ms/YN1jc4
User authenticated successfully.
Hmm — we’re not seeing any upcoming class bookings on your account right now (next 30 days).A couple quick checks:1) Are you booked under a different email/Mindbody account?2) What class + day/time were you trying to cancel?
dsetoguchi@nhlpa.com
Ah got it — that sounds like it might be under a different Mindbody account. Please verify using this link (make sure you’re logged into Mindbody with dsetoguchi@nhlpa.com):https://mbo.io/ms/rIG2vJ
User authenticated successfully.
Still not seeing any upcoming bookings on that account either. What’s the class + the day/time you’re trying to cancel (ex: “Studio Spin Thu 6:30am”)? If it was booked through ClassPass or Wellhub, it’ll need to be canceled in that app.
